Meet Our Team

Dr. Fair has a wide range of experience in different areas of dentistry, from cosmetic and restorative dentistry to surgical and root canal treatments. His emphasis on patient comfort as well as keeping current in the latest advancements in dentistry enable him to offer his patients the most quality care from a trusted source. 

From his undergraduate education to advanced training and ongoing research, Dr. Fair specializes in gaining and integrating continuing knowledge and expertise to provide the best dental care possible.

As a native of Michigan, Dr. Fair lives in Fremont with his wife and four sons. He has contributed countless hours and made considerable donations to our greater family of neighbors and friends.

Dr. Starley grew up in Ogden, Utah. He graduated from Utah St. University with a BA in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Following his graduation from Utah St., Dr. Starley attended the Ohio State University, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery. Dr. Starley graduated valedictorian of his dental school class at Ohio State.

 Dr. Starley is married to his wife, Cassie. They have twin girls, Lucy and Claire and a son, Jack. In his spare time, if there is any, Dr. Starley enjoys playing racquetball and pickleball. He also enjoys soccer, volleyball and watching Ohio State football.

 Dr. Starley is excited to move to Michigan and join our office. He is committed to continuing our office’s reputation of caring for each and every patient as though they are family.

Dr. Green is passionate about dentistry. He has an unquenchable thirst for education, as evidenced by his thousands of hours of continuing education. His commitment to his patients is the cornerstone to his practice. Dr. Green is excited to partner with you for a lifetime of healthy smiles!

Dr. Green served in the United States Navy, with most of his time spent with the United States Marine Corps in 29 Palms, California.

Dr. Green, along with his family, enjoy the wonderful outdoor opportunities Michigan has to offer!
